Annual per-seat licence covering all exams in your scope. Volume discounts kick in at 25, 50, and 100 seats. Email institutions@passmed.com with your cohort size and exam mix for a tailored quote.
Yes. Many programmes only need one or two banks (e.g. an internal medicine deanery may only need MRCP Part 1 + Part 2). Pricing is calibrated to your selected scope.
Yes. We're GDPR-compliant for both UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Trainee data is processed under our Data Processing Agreement, which we can share with your information governance team during procurement. We do not sell or share trainee data with third parties.
Yes. Institutional licences are invoiced annually with 30-day payment terms. We accept BACS transfer in GBP.
Yes. Our standard DPA is included with every institutional contract and is available for review during procurement. If your institution has specific clauses, our legal team can review additions on request.
